Hall was wanted for probation violation and failure to register as a sex offender in Dinwiddie, Chesterfield, and Richmond. U.S. Marshals say Hall cut off his GPS bracelet on June 14, 2016 and has been on the run since.

He has previously served time after being convicted for the rape of a child and failure to register as a violent sex offender in the previously mentioned areas.

Hall is now in the custody of U.S. Marshals. Investigators say his apprehension was aided by a Crime Stoppers tip.
