RICHMOND, Va. — Davontay, 10, is a very respectful and polite young man who craves love and attention. He can be very loving and affectionate as well. He is a very inquisitive child and asks a lot of questions.
Davontay loves to play with his toys and enjoys super hero action figures – his favorites are Spider Man and Batman.
Davontay is playful and can be affectionate towards caregivers once he warms up to them.
He is very outgoing and social, willing to please, and has lots of friends at school.
Like any child, Davontay can throw a temper tantrum when upset, but he is mostly willing to please.
In Virginia, we have hundreds of children who are ready for foster to adoption. In other words, these children are ready to find their permanent and loving forever families. As Connecting Hearts –A Deborah J Johnston Charity, celebrates National Adoption Month, our “30 Kids in 30 Days” initiative is to bring awareness to 30 kids or sibling who are available for forever homes, but also to shed light on the other almost 700 children who may not be seen.
