CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — The Chesterfield County singer who recently shared the Richmond Coliseum stage with Garth Brooks, is set to return to the stage this weekend.

Danielle El-Jor captured the hearts of the Richmond community and people across the county after we shared her story earlier this week.

The 20-year-old will be a special guest of local country music singer Brittany Marie.

“If you haven’t heard her sing, you ARE missing out!! Come hang out with us, and meet Richmond’s latest superstar,” Marie wrote on Facebook.

Danielle will join Marie Saturday at the Ashton Creek Vineyard in Chester from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

The Midlothian High School graduate was diagnosed with stage 3 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma in 2014.

Her dreams of being a singer and college education at Longwood had to be put on hold as she fought through Chemotherapy.

Those treatments also forced her to miss out on a New York City audition for The Voice.

Now with a clear biopsy, the cancer survivor’s story was shared with country music station K95, who set up a meet and greet with Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood.

After hearing about Danielle’s dream, Brooks invited her to his soundcheck where is was blown away by her voice.

Only a few hours later, Danielle joined Garth Brooks on stage in front more than 10,000 screaming fans.

"It was like I was on stage with my best friend he was amazing," Danielle said.

Her special moment has since gone viral and touched fans from across the country.
