First ever Pecan Festival at Richard Bland College

RICHMOND, Va. – The first ever Pecan Festival kicks off this weekend at Richard Bland College of William & Mary, and Co-Host Jessica Noll headed out to the infamous ‘Grove’ to get a sweet sneak preview of the upcoming festival. The event will feature a full lineup of bands, a kids zone, food trucks, and even a mobile unit from Prince George Animal Control with adoptable dogs! CBS 6 Traffic Reporter Kristen Luehrs will also be on hand to emcee the ‘Tiny Miss Pecan’ and the ‘Little Miss Pecan’ pageants at the event. The festival takes place on Saturday, October 29th from 10 am to 5 pm at the Richard Bland College Campus in South Prince George. For more information click here.
