Morning robbery on Midlothian Turnpike; gunmen sought

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Two gunmen robbed a person along the 7500 block of Midlothian Turnpike, near Boulders Parkway, Tuesday morning.

“The suspects approached the victim, displayed a firearm, assaulted the victim, and demanded money. The suspect took money that belonged to the victim then fled the area in a grey sedan,” a Chesterfield Police spokesperson said. “The victim received non-life threatening injuries.”

The crime was reported at about 4:44 a.m.

“The suspects are described as a two black males around 30 years old,” police said. “Suspect one was wearing a black shirt and shorts. Suspect two was wearing black shorts and a red shirt with curly hair.”
