Burglars bum smokes from Chesterfield cigarette shop

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. — Police are looking for two men who broke into, then stole from CJ’s on Meadowdale Boulevard early Tuesday morning.

“The suspects approached the business, which was closed, and forced entry through the front door of the business,” a Chesterfield Police spokesperson said. “The suspects took cigarettes that belonged to the business before fleeing.”

The crime, which happened at a shopping center near Meadowdale Boulevard and Hopkins Road, was reported at about 4:20 a.m.

Police had no initial information about the suspects to release. Descriptive information could be released later Tuesday as more evidence was gathered.
