HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- Two people were hurt when an SUV overturned on the ramp from Interstate 64 west to Glenside Drive south in Henrico's West End.
One of the people in the SUV was last listed in critical condition.
"I was in left lane and she was coming into middle lane," one witness said. "There was another car coming up a little faster than she expected, so when she swerved back to the lane the truck started flipping."
Henrico Police, Henrico Fire, and Virginia State Police all responded to the crash which closed the ramp at about 8:30 a.m. and backed up Thursday morning traffic. The ramp reopened at about 9:45 a.m.
The Henrico Police Crash Unit continues to investigate what happened.
