Chesterfield gunman robs Advance Auto

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Police are searching for a suspect who robbed an Advance Auto store near the Chesterfield County and Richmond line Monday evening.

The robbery happened at the location in the 6700 block of Hull St Rd. at about 8:50 p.m.

Police said a male suspect entered the business, approached an employee, displayed a firearm, and demanded money.

When the employee complied with the demands the suspect fled the area on foot. No one was injured during the incident.

The suspect is described as a black male with a light complexion, approximately 6' 01" with glasses, wearing a gray jacket, gray pants with green boxers, white shoes, and a blue knit cap.
