Honor Flight Historic Triangle ‘Mission 16’

RICHMOND, Va. – Honor Flight Historic Triangle is a non-profit program that aims to take every World War II, Korean War, and terminally ill veteran in the Central Virginia area to visit the war memorials built in their honor in Washington D.C., free of charge. Penny F. Koerner and 97-year-old retired US Army Reserve Colonel and World War II Veteran Norbert Kopecko talked about the program and their latest project, “Mission 16” that’s scheduled for Saturday, October 15th.
