RICHMOND, Va. — The Washington Wizards will return to Richmond later this month and hold their 2016 training camp at the VCU Siegel Center, the team announced Monday.
The Wizards held training camp in Richmond from 2003 thru 2009.
Wizards’ training camp opens Tuesday, September 27, and ends Saturday, October 1. The team’s open practice is scheduled for Friday, September 30 from 6 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 26 — Media Day at Verizon Center in Washington, DC
Tuesday, Sept. 27 — Training Camp Day 1 — 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.; 5 – 6 p.m. — Siegel Center
Wednesday, Sept. 28 — Training Camp Day 2 — 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.; 5 – 6 p.m. — Siegel Center
Thursday, Sept. 29 — Training Camp Day 3 — 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. — Siegel Center
Friday, Sept. 30 — Training Camp Day 4 — 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.; 6 – 7:30 p.m. — Siegel Center
Saturday, Oct. 1 — Training Camp Day 5 — 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. — Siegel Center
