RICHMOND, Va. -- Richmond Police are on the lookout for a pair of shooting suspects after a shooting in the city's Southside.

Officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 4600 block of Southwood Parkway, off Hull Street Road, around 1 a.m. Sunday.

Police found a wounded man suffering from a gunshot wound.

Paramedics took the victim to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, no word on his condition.

Investigators tracked two suspects to the nearby Autumn Court Apartment complex where they believe the gunmen ran into a unit.

Police called in the SWAT team and surrounded a portion of the complex.

Officers were forced to wait for a search warrant.

When police returned hours later with the document they sent a robot into the apartment to search for the suspects but didn't find anyone, a search by the SWAT team turned up nothing as well.

Investigators haven't released a suspect description but anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 804-780-1000.
