RICHMOND: Impressions of Courage - Art on Wheels, a Richmond nonprofit that offers comprehensive art programming to local communities with limited access to the arts, is launching its biggest community art project ever. the Studio has created a 1,000-foot collagraph print and will set a Guinness Book world record in the process. The historic event will use clothing to represent someone who has or had cancer. The donated clothing will be made into a printing plate and during the event will all be laid out on the street, inked up, and printed on one long piece of fabric using a steamroller!

The project  is presented by VCU Massey Cancer Center, in conjunction with Studio Two Three, and benefits LINC (the Legal Information Network for Cancer) and is the beneficiary for this event. The public is invited to see the Collagraph revealed Saturday, September 10 in Scott's Addition, on Leigh Street between Summit and Roseneath from 12 pm- 5 pm. There will be food trucks, music, art market, Kids Zone and sample the Scott's Addition Breweries.
