CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, VA – A Chesterfield man has been charged with four counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of abduction.
Police said Richard Todd Haas, 46, was arrested on Thursday, Sept. 1, and charged with four counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of abduction.
In August, police said they received a report that Haas, of the 200 block of Monath Road in Chesterfield, had, on several occasions, inappropriately touched a juvenile female known to him. The incidents occurred during the past year.
Haas is currently being held at the Chesterfield County Jail without bond.
