Kehinde Wiley: A New Republic is the last museum on the East Coast to exhibit this show.  The last day to visit is Monday September 5, 2016. “Kehinde Wiley is one of the most popular artists in America today,” Director Alex Nyerges said. “The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts was one of the first comprehensive art museums to acquire his portraits, and we are thrilled to present a larger selection of his work to the public. The 103rd Chesterfield County Fair is "A Family - A Fair", continues through Saturday, September 3rd, at the Chesterfield County Fairgrounds, 10300 Courthouse Road. Kachunga and His Alligator Show is back, performing on the Grandstand Stage - Groove Motive and up and coming Country Artist the Kevin Mac Band, Blend, Beach Party Night/The Embers, September 2, 8-10pm & among others. Fair hours are week days 4pm-11pm, Saturday's 11am – 11pm. For the first time ever, Monster Truck Summer Nationals and Thrill Show will be at the Chesterfield County Fair.
