RICHMOND, Va. — Travelers and locals alike will have a bigger selection of locally brewed craft beer to choose from at the Richmond International Airport.
Cross Grain Brewhouse, a 1,900-square-foot restaurant, is now open in Concourse A of the airport.
The chain, operated by global hospitality group Delaware North, has three other airport locations at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport and the Boise Airport.
Despite the name “brewhouse,” no beer is brewed on site, rather regionally brewed beers are featured. There are also cocktails for sale and domestic beers available, from Anheuser-Busch and Miller.
Travelers can find local favorites brewed by Ardent Ales, Hardywood, Center of the Universe, and Strangeways.
“The Cross Grain Brewhouse concept has been very popular with travelers across the country and we’re excited to bring it to Richmond,” said Steve Bass, regional vice president for Delaware North’s travel hospitality business. “We wanted to provide a place that had great food, great drinks and a great atmosphere. Guests will love the local choices for beers and cocktails, but the open-kitchen concept will really immerse them in the quality of our menu.”
