Man suffers non-life threatening injuries in Richmond shooting

RICHMOND, Va. – Richmond Police are investigating a shooting Monday night that sent one man to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said they received a call for a person shot in the 700 block of Arnold Ave. in Highland Terrace. When officers arrived on scene, there was no one suffering from a gunshot wound.

An hour later, a man walked into Henrico Doctors Hospital suffering gunshot wound. The victim said he saying he was shot on the 700 block of Cragie Ave, which is a block away from Arnold Ave.

His injuries are considered non-life threatening.

Police have no information about a possible suspect at this time.
