RICHMOND, Va. - Bebe Tran, Project Coordinator and Commonwealth Catholic Charities (CCC) Foster Parent Specialist, along with Shaunn Casselle from the Richmond Department of Parks and Recreation shared the details on their latest collaboration, “Through the Eyes of a Foster Child” art exhibit that features art work by children who are or have been in Foster Care. The exhibit opens Friday, August 26th and runs through Friday September 9th at Spotlight Gallery.
