ARLINGTON, Va. — Park officials are working to put a stop to the person or people who have been taking care of their business in Arlington, Virginia parks.

The Parks and Rec Department reported four or five incidents where human waste was found in Arlington parks, according to WJLA.

The waste was discovered on playgrounds, hidden under a shirt or pile of clothes.

"It was inside the little stall over there," parent Meghan Collins said. "Nobody would want your kids to have to deal with that on a playground."

"I have three kids, one is a cancer survivor. You run into something like that and stick your hands in that? Oh my God. Just ugh," parent Andy Delafield added.

If caught, the person may face a misdemeanor charge.
