Missing 16-year-old from Hanover County may be headed to NC

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. – Authorities are asking for the public's help to find a missing 16-year-old boy from Hanover County.

James Donye Simonson was last seen Thursday night at 10:30 p.m. in the 6300 block of Kristy Star Lane in Hanover County.

Simonson is described as a black male, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 270 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and grey sweatpants.

Officials Simonson may be headed to North Carolina in a small red two-door hatchback.
