RICHMOND, Va. -- While thousands of people are playing Pokemon GO without incident, Richmond Police are investigating at least one Pokemon GO related crime.

A woman said she was playing the game Monday at about 10 p.m. on North 1st Street in Jackson Ward when she became a crime victim.

"She noticed three teenage male juveniles riding their bicycles behind her," a Richmond Police spokeswoman said. "One of the juveniles grabbed the phone from her hand. All three suspects fled the scene on their bicycles toward Broad Street."

Police have not released a description of the suspects. Anyone who saw the crime was asked to call Richmond Police.
