EASY SKILLET SHRIMP OVER RICE

•    1 POUND PEELED AND DEVAINED SHRIMP
•    8 OZ FRESH PINEAPPLE
•    1 MEDIUM ZUCCHINI SQUASH
•    1 MEDIUM ONION
•    1 TBL SPOON OLIVE OIL
•    4 OZ FRESH SPINACH
•    3 OZ FRESH TOMATOES
•    1 TBL SPOON MINCED GARLIC
•    1 TBL SPOON BASIL
•    3 OZ WHITE WINE
•    4 / 3 OZ PORTIONS COOKED RICE

Sauté onions, squash, pineapple and shrimp in skillet with olive oil and seasonings until shrimps is pink….
