RICHMOND, Va. - Miss U.S. Virgin Islands United States 2016 Taquara Felix made her debut on Virginia This Morning to talk about "Spice Rack," a monthly community dialogue she organizes and hosts that aims to address community issues and cultivate harmony and respect across cultures and beliefs. The theme for this month’s "Spice Rack" event is "My American Dream," and takes place on Thursday, June 30th at Brewer's Cafe at 6:30 pm.
