Chef K’s Grilled Marinated Steaks
Serves 4
4 New York Strip Steaks (or prime steak cut of your choice)
Garlic Salt
Ground Pepper
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/4 cup Red Wine
2 Tablespoons BBQ Sauce
4 Drops Liquid Smoke
Splash Red Wine Vinegar
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
Cover Sheet Pan with Aluminum Foil. Place Steaks on Aluminum Foil. Garlic salt and Pepper each side. Mix together Olive Oil, Red Wine, BBQ Sauce, Liquid Smoke, Red Wine Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce and Dijon Mustard. Pour over Steaks and close Aluminum Foil. Allow to marinate at least 30 minutes. Flip steaks over and marinate another 30 minutes.
