Police seek suspect in Chesterfield GameStop robbery

CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. – Police are searching for a man wanted in a GameStop robbery in Chesterfield County Monday afternoon.

Police said the robbery happened at the GameStop, located at 7329 Hancock Village Drive, around 3:30 p.m. on Monday, June 6.

Police said the suspect approached a clerk and took electronics from the clerk’s hands. The suspect told the clerk he was armed with a handgun, and then left the store with the items.

No weapon was displayed and no one was injured during the incident.

Surveillance video captured the suspect during the robbery.

He is described as a white male in his mid-to-late 20s, unshaven, with a stocky build. He was wearing a black T-shirt, khaki shorts and a gray hat during the robbery.
