CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. -- A woman who worked at the Chesterfield County Jail was arrested and charged with having inappropriate sexual contact with a male inmate.
Kelsey A. Nouioua, 25, of Hopewell, had sexual contact with the inmate between April and May, a Chesterfield Police spokeswoman said.
Nouioua was arrested June 2 on the charge of carnal knowledge of an inmate, which is a class 6 felony.
Nouioua worked for CBM Managed Services. CBM is a contracted vendor that runs vending and food services at the jail.
She is being held at Riverside Regional Jail without bond.
