BETHESDA, Md. – A D.C. man is accused of kidnapping, robbing and sexual assaulting a 17-year-old boy after he allegedly abducted him from a Maryland metro Station.

Dominick Simons, 25, has been charged with first degree sexual assault, kidnapping, and robbery.

According to court documents, Simons then ordered the victim off the train and into the Chevy Chase Pavilion Mall, where he sexually assaulted the boy in a bathroom stall.

The incident was initially reported as a kidnapping and assault by Simons. Later, the MTP received an anonymous call from a friend of the victim, in whom he had confided, who reported that he had been sexually assaulted, according to DCW50.

The victim did not initially report the sexual assault because he felt “ashamed and embarrassed,” according to court documents.
