I-95 Crash Back Up Traffic

HANOVER COUNTY, Va. — Drivers are warned to expect major delays after a crash along I-95 south in Hanover County Friday afternoon.

VDOT reported the wreck is blocking the left lane on I-95 south two miles south of the Doswell/Route 30 exit (mile marker 96).

Traffic was backed up 12 miles from the crash location as of 3:11 p.m.

Additionally, another accident on I-95 north in Hanover County is slowing traffic.

That crash has traffic backed up traffic for two miles near Lewistown Road (mile marker 89) as of 3:14 p.m.
