Who are these guys? Police looking for Woodland Heights thieves

RICHMOND, Va. — Richmond Police released video of people accused of breaking into cars parked in Woodland Heights. The break-ins happened April 19 along the 500 block of West 28th Street.

While the victims said their cars were locked, police also said they found no signs of forced entry.

“Items taken include a multi-tool and loose change,” police said. “One vehicle was rifled through, but nothing was taken.”
