RICHMOND, Va. — After hosting Dinner in the Field at Victory Farms in eastern Henrico for two years, the husband and wife culinary team of Paige Healy and Gregorio Spinzo decided to move on to — other — pastures.
“Dinner in the Field started out as an experiment, but the series was destined to grow,” Paige Healy said. “What began as a nostalgic recreation of the magic of al fresco dining I enjoyed in the gardens and fields of Italy, has since become a collaborative story told by the food, the land, and our guests. I’m excited to begin the next chapter.”
The five or six-course meals, which run $150 per person, feature local, fresh ingredients.
The 2016 Dinner in the Field schedule features venues across Central Virginia and even overseas.

Tickets will be available one month before the dinner.
“A limited number of ‘early release’ tickets to any of the Virginia dinners, which include a private reception with Chefs Paige and Gregorio prior to the dinner, will go on sale April 20 at 8 a.m. at a premium charge of $200,” a spokesperson for Dinner in the Field explained.
Dinner in the Field may return to Victory Farms in the future.
