PETERSBURG, Va. — Petersburg Police are searching for a fugitive, who they said failed to appear in court.
Police said that 56-year-old Kermit Johnson is wanted for failing to appear in court, in connection to a DUI and hit and run case from January.
Johnson is described as a black male, around 6 foot 2 inches tall and 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.
