RICHMOND, Va. -- A cold front will swing through the area Saturday evening and Saturday night. While it may cause a few showers, it will bring strong wind gusts and colder temperatures.
Winds from Saturday evening through Sunday morning will exceed 30 mph in many areas across central Virginia, but gusts over 45 mph will be possible in eastern, northern and western Virginia.
Wind speeds will gradually decrease during the day Sunday. High temperatures Sunday afternoon will only be in the mid to upper 50s.
