Man wearing mask, black clothes robs Prince George convenience store

PRINCE GEORGE COUNTY, Va -- Police responded to a gas station robbery early Wednesday morning.

Investigators were called to the Shell gas station in the 5000 block of Oaklawn Boulevard, near I-295. They say the robbery happened at around 12:30 a.m. A man walked in wearing black clothing and a mask. He pulled a gun and demanded money from the cashier, who handed over the cash. The suspect then ran off.

Police did not have a suspect description, or say whether the man fled in a vehicle or on foot.

No one was hurt.
