COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. -- Police identified the teenager whose profane outbursts at CiCi's Pizza in Colonial Heights were recorded on video and shared on social media. The outbursts took place in front of shocked customers and staff on March 12 and again on March 20, according to Colonial Heights Police.

"On both occasions the suspect had left before police arrived," a police department spokesman posted on Facebook.

Senior reporter Wayne Covil brought the incidents to light during the CBS 6 News at 6 on Tuesday, March 22.

"On March 22nd, the Department was made aware of a video of the incidents and has identified the suspect, who is a juvenile," the police spokesman continued. "Investigators have sought petitions on the suspect for Disorderly Conduct and Assault."

The person in the video's name was not released due to his age.

One clip showed the teenager enter the restaurant and yell "F*ck CiCi's!"

He then proceeded to knock items off the counter and throw a tomato at a worker.

"Sir! Get out of my store!" the worker yelled back.

Cici's released the following statement Wednesday afternoon:

"Our utmost priority is providing a safe and comfortable dining environment for our guests. We regret that our guests and employees were exposed to this inappropriate behavior and we are working closely with the Colonial Heights police department to ensure that our restaurant remains a safe and welcoming place for everyone."

Police asked anyone with information about these incidents to call Crime Solvers at 804-748-0660.
