COLONIAL HEIGHTS, Va. -- A dramatic outburst with foul language and intimidating behaviors was caught on camera at a Colonial Heights CiCi's restaurant. In the video posted online, a man walks in and begins cursing and throwing items off a counter.

And although people were rattled who saw it, another almost identical video made on March 12 leads some customers and police to believe both videos are staged.

"They need to grow up and when they have kids, they'll understand," said Karri Myers.

"Oh my gosh, I couldn't, it's disturbing," said a visibly shaken Dena Wade. "Really who would do that?!"

"Yea you could definitely tell that was set up, there's no way that someone could already have their camera out and ready before he ever started doing anything says," said Myers, who works nearby.

Colonial Heights Police has the same impression.

"There is a possibility this incident could be staged," said Sgt Rob Ruxer.

The 12-second video captures an outburst.

The second video is about 12 seconds long, long enough for, police said, the man on camera to possibly get four charges.

"Destruction of property, disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and curse and abuse," said Sgt. Ruxer.

Customers said that while Cici's cater's to those on their lunch hour, in the afternoon and evening it is geared towards children and families.

"Man this is a family place, you know, when you see something like this, that makes you mad," said customer Hunter Shifflett.

Others agree Cici's Pizza is no place for this to happen. "I think it's just really sad, you know, cause they're kids in

"I think it's just really sad, you know, cause they're kids in there," said Ashley Brannock.

Colonial Heights Police said they believe they know who the man in the video is, something customers say they are glad to hear.

"That does not need to happen again," said Myers. "This person needs to be caught and something needs to happen."
