Man arrested for allegedly shooting into an occupied vehicle

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — Henrico County Police have arrested a Richmond man, who they said shot into an occupied vehicle after meeting the occupants on social media.

Adaero Jermaine Anderson was indicted for two counts of attempted malicious wounding, shooting into an occupied vehicle, two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and possession of firearm by felon.

Police said the victims reported that they met with Anderson and another male in the 10300 block of Hungary Spring Road on January 4, 2015 after a brief conversation on social media.

When the victims arrived, their vehicle was shot at by Anderson and the other man. No one was injured during the shootings.
