Police want help identifying people who vandalized Fan cars

RICHMOND, Va. — Suspects wanted for vandalizing cars in the Fan were spotted on surveillance video and Richmond Police detectives need the public’s help to identify them.

On March 6 and 7th, four victims reported parking their cars in the 2300 block of West Cary Street and returning later that day or the following morning to find their vehicle damaged. They reported the driver’s side mirrors had been broken off the car. One victim noted there was similar damage to several other cars on the street.

Three suspects can be seen walking down the sidewalk, in a picture shared by police.

Detectives ask anyone with any information about the identity of these individuals to call Third Precinct Detective Eric Sandlin at (804) 646-1010 or Crime Stoppers at 780-1000. Citizens can also text Crime Stoppers at 274637 using the key word “ITip” followed by your tip or submit a tip online at www.7801000.com. All Crime Stoppers methods are anonymous.
