Virginia State got a double-double from Kevin Williams, 16 points and 10 rebounds as the number one seed in the North advanced to the CIAA Semifinals after a 71-57 win over Fayetteville St. in Charlotte, NC.
The Trojans held the Broncos to just 31% from the field and outrebounded them 47-37. VSU will meet Bowie State in the semifinals.
