HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — When a woman’s vehicle suffered a flat tire while she drove in Henrico last week, she stood along the side of the road and prayed for help. Help arrived, in the form of a Henrico Police officer.

“Last Friday morning, Henrico Police Officer Dan Furrow became the answer to a prayer,” a post on the Henrico Facebook page explained. “A female motorist became disabled on the side of the road with a flat tire. She prayed for help, and shortly thereafter, Officer Dan Furrow came upon the disabled vehicle and stopped to help. He changed her flat tire and got her safely back on her journey. Outstanding work, Officer Furrow!”
