HOPEWELL, Va. — Hopewell Police are investigating a double shooting Sunday afternoon.
Police said they responded to a report of multiple shots being fired in the area of 12th Ave. and Division St. near Riverside Park around 2:48pm.
Officers were later summoned to the hospital for the report of two victims being shot. When officers arrived they located two victims that sustained gunshot wounds. They are undergoing emergency treatment.
There is no information on a suspect at this time.
