Whip up these homemade tortilla chips and Twisted Lime Salsa in minutes

Homemade Tortillas and Twisted Lime Salsa

6 corn tortillas (cut into triangles or slices)

Oil for frying

 

Salsa:

1 Roma Tomato

1 jalapeno pepper

1/2 c. cilantro

1 small sweet onion

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 pinch of sugar

juice of one lime

1/2 oz. lime vodka

Fry tortilla pieces in oil until crisp and light brown.  Sprinkle with salt if desired.

Mix all salsa ingredients in food processor (or blender) until chunky or smooth (to taste)

Makes approximately one cup.
