LOS ANGELES — Sia can belt out a high note, she can write a hit song, and she can hold a dozen eggs at once. The multi-talented pop star joined “The Late Late Show” host James Corden for the latest installment of “Carpool Karaoke,” and we learned quite a bit about her.
For one, 12 eggs will fit in her hands at once, and she won’t drop them — at least, for a few seconds. Oh yeah, and she believes in aliens.
No, the wig didn’t come off. But she did explain why she wears it. (“I don’t wear this unless there’s cameras around; I only wear this just to try and maintain a modicum of privacy.”) And she did a little interpretive dance with Corden when he put on a matching wig.
And don’t worry — the video is filled with duets of Sia’s hit songs, including “Chandelier,” “Alive” and Rihanna’s “Diamonds,” which Sia co-wrote.
She even gave a few singing tips to Corden. Let’s be honest: He doesn’t really need them, but if anyone’s going to critique, it should be Sia.
