RICHMOND, Va. — A death investigation was underway in Richmond’s Shockoe Slip. Richmond Police investigators and a forensic unit responded to the 1300 block of East Cary Street Wednesday morning.
Richmond Police confirmed a death investigation was underway at that address and foul play was not suspected.
The building near where the death was under investigation included a business on the bottom level and apartments above. It was not made clear where in the building the death occurred.
