Home Depot plans to hire 360 employees ahead of spring season

RICHMOND, Va. — Home Depot announced plans to hire 360 associates in the Richmond area.

The company said they plan to hire around 80,000 employees nationwide in preparation for spring, its busiest selling season.

Available positions vary by store, and applications are now being accepted in the Richmond area.

Opportunities include sales, operations and cashier positions across all departments, from the lumber aisle to the Pro desk to outside garden.

The opportunities available include both permanent part-time and seasonal positions in the company’s stores and distribution facilities.

College students, retirees and veterans are encouraged to apply.
