All puppies received pet oxygen. They were exposed to smoke, but their conditions are said to be improving, according to Cpt. Danny Rosenbaum.

The Battalion Chief transported the animals to a local pet hospital on Broad Street, because Animal Protection Officers have been slammed with snow-related calls.
