CREWE, Virginia — “Do not run down snowy steps! Don’t do it!” that was the advice Janice Barbour, a mother from Crewe, gave after her snow challenge fail during Saturday’s record-setting snow. Barbour said after her sister and daughters completed the challenge — which involves running out of the home without winter clothes, falling to the ground and making snow angels — she just had to do it too.
With her husband’s recording, Janice tried the challenge — but did not make it far.
Barbour said she was okay and escaped the fall with only a few bumps and bruises. Her husband’s uploaded the video on Facebook where it has been viewed 20,000 times.
