RICHMOND, Va - Enjoy over 500,000 sparkling lights, hand-made botanical decorations, and more at the Dominion GardenFest of Lights at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden. Shannon Smith was the special guest who talked about this year’s ‘H2Whoa!’, which runs nightly from 5pm to 10pm through Monday, January 11th.
