RICHMOND, Va. -- Police responded to a shooting along the 1600 block of Spotsylvania Street in Richmond's Mosby Court Saturday night.
That's where they found one person suffering from multiple gunshot wounded around 8:15 p.m. The victim was taken to an area hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
The shooting on Spotsylvania Street was reported less than two hours after a triple shooting was reported on Carmine Street, about one mile away. Then around 9:30 p.m., a 12-year-old girl was shot at an apartment complex on the city's Northside. She later died at an area hospital.
Anyone with information about the Spotsylvania Street shooting was asked to call Crime Stoppers at 804-780-1000.
