GLEN ALLEN, Va. --Police have arrested a man accused of ‘upskirting’ a woman in the fitting room of Glen Allen business in the 9900 block of West Broad Street.
Eduardo Chavez Arreloa, 36, of Glen Allen has been charged with unlawful filming and photography.
Police said on Thursday December 17, a victim reported that she was trying on clothes in the Rugged Warehouse fitting room when someone stuck a cell phone under the door and took a photo.
Arreloa was identified as the suspect.
