RICHMOND, Va. -- A man was struck and killed by a car has he tried to walk across Hull Street, near Southside Plaza, Tuesday night. The incident, along the 4100 block of Hull Street, happened at about 8:30 p.m.
The man was pronounced dead on the scene and the driver of the car stopped after the crash.
Police have not yet released the name of the victim, as the next of kin has not yet been notified. The crash remained under investigation.
