RICHMOND, Va. -- A man was stabbed during a fight outside the Richmond Social Services Department on East Marshall Street in downtown Richmond, according to witnesses and family members of a man involved in the fight. It was initially unclear what sparked the fight or if it had anything to do with the Social Services Department.
Family members said the stabbing victim was a 31-year-old man. His condition has not yet been released.
